What’s New in Nyan Heroes?
Playtest 4 will kick off alongside Airdrop 4, introducing significant enhancements to the game. One of the most exciting updates is the introduction of a new hero, Coco, a resourceful feline inventor who constructed his own mech, Gizmo, from leftover parts. Gizmo features unique abilities, such as deploying defensive turrets, creating a magnetic platform to elevate teammates, and activating his Scrap Goliath ultimate, which transforms him into a giant version of himself, dealing area damage and enhancing the armor of allies.
In addition, Playtest 4 will unveil a new game mode called Fishball. This rapid-fire mode challenges teams to score points by throwing a ball into the opposing goals over two rounds. Keep in mind that while ball carriers can still shoot, they are unable to utilize their ultimate abilities.
Players will also engage in combat on a new map, Tokyo, a futuristic digital representation of the city. This map emphasizes vertical movement and close-quarters combat, adding an extra layer of strategy. Along with these enhancements, there are improvements to the HUD, hero balance tweaks, and overall gameplay upgrades.
