Pixels and Forgotten Runiverse are teaming up
Pixels and Forgotten Runiverse are kicking off their first in-game collab, bringing the $PIXEL token into the fantasy MMO. Players will soon earn, spend, and claim $PIXEL in both titles. The event aims to reward activity in both games, uniting two web3 communities on Ronin.
This new event is more than a one-off drop. It’s a full-on integration between two of Ronin’s standout titles. According to a joint statement from both teams:
“Web3 gaming will only reach its full potential if we work together, and expanding $PIXEL across multiple games reinforces our vision for creating a more sustainable web3 gaming ecosystem,” said Pixels founder Luke Barwikowski.
Forgotten Runiverse, made by Bisonic and based on the cult-favorite Forgotten Runes Wizard’s Cult, is weaving $PIXEL into its core systems—giving players new things to earn and new ways to power up.
What You Can Do with $PIXEL in Runiverse?
Players will be able to:
- Buy Boosts and Mana
- Get Pixels-themed rewards
- Claim $PIXEL with Quanta, the Runiverse in-game currency
So whether you’re a Pixels farmer or a Runiverse explorer, there’s value in stacking both tokens.
How to Join Pixels x Runiverse Collaboration?
While the exact launch date is still under wraps, it’s expected to go live within weeks. Meanwhile, players are being told to get ready by farming and stacking up Quanta.
If you’re a Pixels player, you’ll be able to:
- Use $PIXEL to buy boosts and mana in Runiverse
- Claim exclusive rewards
- Explore a whole new world without leaving your token behind
If you’re a Runiverse player:
- Stack Quanta now to get a head start when the event drops
- The more Quanta you have, the more $PIXEL you can claim
Both Pixels and Forgotten Runiverse have made major moves to Ronin in the past year. Pixels arrived in 2023, onboarding millions to the Ronin ecosystem. Forgotten Runiverse joined 8 months later, combining RPG depth with NFT ownership.
Now, they’re not just sharing a token—they’re sharing strategy.
