Age of Mars: An Evolving Ecosystem
Age of Mars is set on Mars in the distant year 2060, where colonists seek ways to become richer. They indulge in activities such as racing, resource battles, and clan wars. Your goal will be to survive and become the most successful on Mars.
Age of Mars is an ecosystem featuring three completely different game types, and this is just the beginning. Here, you’ll find the arcade racing game Red Line, the third-person shooter Red Chaos, and the real-time strategy game Red Empire. All these games are united under the Age of Mars ecosystem and the MMT token, which serves as the main token of the ecosystem.
Red Line
Red Line is an arcade racing game designed to impress. It’s a relatively simple game that the developers promise will evolve, with plans to add new cars, tuning options, garages, and all the features expected in a good racing game. Currently, the game features two modes:
- Races: Compete against other players for first place.
- Survival Races: Face off against an enemy team and try to destroy their cars.
Red Chaos
Red Chaos is a third-person shooter reminiscent of many Web2 industry projects. It is similar to Gears of War, with both PvP and PvE modes. The PvP mode includes three different modes:
- Deathmatch: The standard shooter mode where it’s every player for themselves. The winner is the one who scores the most points first.
- Team Deathmatch: A modified 5v5 mode where players respawn after each death. The team with the most kills wins.
- Capture the Point: The most interesting mode, ideal for ranked battles. Teams must control more points than the enemy to earn points.
The PvE mode features a survival game where players defend against waves of enemies. The main goal is to withstand as many waves as possible. This mode can be played solo or with friends.
Red Empire
Red Empire is a strategy game within the Age of Mars ecosystem, likely to be similar to Clash of Clans. Players build bases, develop economies, and compete for resources with other players. While there are no screenshots available yet, fans of Clash of Clans will probably enjoy it.
Age of Mars Roadmap
Age of Mars has a detailed roadmap outlining what to expect and when. For the third quarter of 2024, the development team has planned:
- MMT Token generation event
- MMT Token offers on DEX
- Beta release of Red Chaos
- First centralized exchange listing
- Red Chaos tournament finals
And this is just for the third quarter of 2024, with the roadmap extending to 2026.
Airdrop Event and Zealy
Developers are encouraging players to create accounts and start competing for points in various game modes. As you accumulate points, you’ll climb the leaderboard, which will be used to distribute airdrops. Recently, Age of Mars launched a Red Chaos tournament.
