The Machines Arena Launching Open Beta Season 3
The Ultimate League is an upcoming new game mode launching in Open Beta Season 3 of The Machines Arena. In which you can earn various rewards from playing matches in level-based brackets while leveling up your heroes, upgrading their stats, and collecting points to reach a weekly target to earn $TMA tokens.
The Ultimate League is a new competitive game mode for Ronin-powered top-down hero shooter, The Machines Arena, where players will be able to earn rewards while leveling up heroes and participating in level-based brackets. It was initially teased to be coming soon back in October, and now it is officially known that the mode will be included as part of the blockchain game’s 3rd action-packed season.
This mode will consist of a couple of different brackets you can choose to join to compete in. You will get to create custom builds of each playable hero and work towards leveling them up to level 50 using new Hero Shards and Metatech Items. You can speed up progression using consumable XP Books. While earning upgrade points or Enhancers to improve attributes such as movement speed, damage, health, and cooldowns.
By playing matches in this mode and completing various milestones, you get to earn League Points to help you rank your way to the top of your bracket. At the end of each match, you could win rewards such as skin fragments, crates, keys, and more.
Season 3 Details
Crates are limited valuable lootboxes that contain Hero Shards, rare skins, and more prizes. There are 3 different types of crates: Uncommon, Rare, and Epic. The rarer the crate, the more likely you are to get better assets from opening them. To unlock a crate, you need to have a key. Next to earning keys through gameplay, it looks like they will also be available for purchase at an unrevealed price.
You can also collect the previously mentioned special items: Enhancers, Hero Shards, and Metatech Items. In order to upgrade your favorite hero. The in-game drop rates for these special items and all the other post-match rewards are currently unknown.
The reward system also features a weekly objective. Where the goal is to gain a certain number of points during that week in order to earn $TMA tokens. Players with VIP are said to benefit from “rollover progress,” which should mean that points earned in the previous week can carry over to the new week. Making it easier for you to reach the target in the new week.
The latest announcement reveals that Open Beta Season 3 for The Machines Arena is planned to launch not long after the TGE for $TMA takes place. No specific date is known at the time of writing, and well, there is no exact TGE date either. Due to how the Ultimate League is connected to the $TMA token system. The mode will be included in this new season.
This upcoming season is set to include various other features and improvements too. Such as fairer skill-based matchmaking, double XP weekend events, plenty of new mintable hero skins. And new Familiars and Familiar types that introduce ability boosts for more build customization options.
