Studio 369 is aiming to grow its MetalCore universe, which began as a massive multiplayer PvPvE sci-fi shooter, into a standalone blockchain gaming franchise, following its recent update on a new game: MetalCore Arena.
What Is MetalCore Arena?
MetalCore Arena is an engaging, free-to-play multiplayer game where players engage in league-based competitions, utilizing teams of mechanized units and infantry groups. It offers the opportunity to participate in and even establish leagues with up to 20 players. League members can also engage in friendly battles up to three times daily. Serving as a platform to experiment with different strategies before facing off in ranked matches. Players can compete on various leaderboards and earn points by winning daily matches. Which in turn helps to boost their ranking as they work towards qualifying for various tournaments.
Over time, various leagues will be introduced in updates, allowing players to participate. The primary game mode at launch will be Capture the Flag. Where teams strive to steal the enemy’s flag and protect their own. This mode demands strategic planning for both attacking and defending side.
Use a variety of infantry combat units, each with unique abilities and attributes. The updates will add new mechanized units and customization options. Improve units through training sessions to enhance their fitness, strategic abilities, and combat skills. Continuously enhance your roster while adding new units that fit your strategy. The training feature will be added in a later update. Players can expect detailed customization options to be available at launch.
